Shipping Destination
We currently ship exclusively to Australia.
Taxes & Duties
All applicable sales taxes and logistics-related fees are fully covered by Puppyle. Customers will not be charged any additional taxes or duties at checkout or upon delivery.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders over AUD $70. For orders below AUD $70, a flat shipping fee of AUD $10 applies.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is successfully placed, please allow 1–5 business days for order processing and fulfillment before shipment.
Estimated Delivery Time
We partner with internationally recognized carriers including DHL, USPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days after dispatch.
