7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our return, refund, and exchange practices are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which provides consumers with statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded, including guarantees as to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and accurate description.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the ACL.
8. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Compliance
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, where our business is registered. However, as we sell to consumers in Australia, we acknowledge and comply with the mandatory consumer protection provisions of Australian law, including the ACL, which cannot be overridden by a choice of law clause.
